Collins Industries increases quarterly dividend by 25%

Collins Industries, Inc. announced that it had declared its 37th consecutive regular quarterly cash dividend and increased the dividend by $0.01 per share from $0.04 to $0.05. The dividend will be $0.05 per share, paid to shareholders of record as of March 1, and will be payable on March 15. The ex-dividend date will be February 27. The company has paid a quarterly cash dividend for the past 36 consecutive quarters, exclusive of special dividends paid in 1998, 2000 and 2001.
