The Boler Co has acquired the shares of its former partner, SANLUIS Rassini Autopartes SA de CV in their 50-50 joint venture, Hendrickson Rassini SA de CV. Boler now owns 100% of the commercial truck spring manufacturing operations in Coahuila, Mexico, now named Hendrickson Spring Mexico SA de CV.
A privately owned holding company, Boler is headquartered in Chicago IL. Its major business, Hendrickson International, supplies suspension components and systems for the heavy-duty truck and truck trailer markets.
