Maxon Lift Corporation has launched Maxon Canada and secured a local warehouse for finished goods in Brampton, Ontario, that will be fully stocked with a broad range of its product line of liftgates for Canadian distributors.
Inventory will include numerous Tuk-A-Way models ranging in 2,000- to 5,000-pound capacities, Slidelift models, ME2 pickup and service models, and a selection of heavy-duty Columnlift models built with Maxon’s most popular specs for the Canadian market—power down, galvanized and aluminum platforms. The warehouse is set for full distribution capacity in mid-2016.
Additionally, Maxon will issue a Canadian price book and will be conducting business in Canadian dollars, which will aid in eliminating issues with monetary conversions. The specifics for updated price books will be communicated via a distributor network messaging release.
