Power management company Eaton has launched www.EatonPartsOnline.com, its aftermarket portal and e-commerce platform.

Power management company Eaton has launched www.EatonPartsOnline.com, its aftermarket portal and e-commerce platform for its heavy-duty truck aftermarket product portfolio.

The new platform is designed to improve the ease of doing business with Eaton, consolidating information from multiple locations and introducing a variety of product-related research tools. Customers can quickly find the latest product information and literature, request additional support, sign up for training and much more. In addition, customers can easily identify the right clutch for their application by using the newly created clutch product selector tool, located on the home page.

In addition to enhanced product information, the portal allows customers to conduct business with Eaton via a new business-to-business e-commerce interface. With a personalized login, customers can place orders in a variety of formats, view current inventory, review order history, reprint invoices, track shipments and more.

“The new website and ordering capabilities are an integral part of helping our customers have more real-time information at their fingertips and improving the ease of doing business with Eaton’s aftermarket business,” said Tim Bauer, vice president, Aftermarket, North America, Eaton’s Vehicle Group. “Eaton plans to continue to add product lines, tools and information to the website moving forward. Our commitment to quality, customer support and ease of doing business will continue to be our focus as we work to enhance the customer experience with Eaton’s aftermarket business.”
