Kevin Page

has joined Wabash National Corporation as vice-president and general manager, Final Mile & Distributed Services, a new position. Page previously served as interim president of Truck Accessories Group, as well as president of Universal Trailer Cargo Group and vice-president of sales, marketing and service at Utilimaster Corporation.

Navistar International Corporation announced the appointment of Persio V Lisboa, president of operations, as executive vice-president and chief operating officer, effective immediately. In addition, Steven K Covey, senior vice-president and general counsel, is retiring after 36 years with Navistar. Curt Kramer, currently associate general counsel and corporate secretary, will succeed Covey effective April 1, 2017.

Martin Daum

The Supervisory Board of Daimler AG has appointed Martin Daum as a member of the Board of Management with responsibility for the Daimler Trucks and Daimler Buses divisions. This appointment is for a five-year period. He succeeds Dr Wolfgang Bernhard, who is voluntarily leaving the company for personal reasons. Since June 2009, Daum has been president and CEO of Daimler Trucks North America (DTNA) and its affiliated companies Freightliner Trucks, Western Star Trucks, Thomas Built Buses, Freightliner Custom Chassis Corporation and Detroit Diesel Corp.

Allan Draheim

Insulated Transport Products has added Allan Draheim as an engineer to analyze and develop new and improved products for the refrigerated trailer market. He joins ITP with 24 years of experience, most recently as project engineer and ISO internal audit manager with Trackmobile in LaGrange GA.

Time Manufacturing, designer, manufacturer, and distributor of Versalift and Condor vehicle-mounted aerial lifts, announced the retirement of Charles Wiley as chief executive officer and the appointment of Curt S Howell as new CEO. Wiley has been at Time more than 46 years and served 26 years as CEO. Howell joins the firm from Big Tex Trailers,  where he led the growth and sale of the company and subsequent merger with American Trailer Works.

Hiab, part of Cargotec, has appointed Nikolaus Scheurer as vice-president, marketing and communications. He previously was global director for marketing planning, brand and customer insights with Sony Mobile; and general manager of global marketing activation at Maersk Line. ♦
