The National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) has released the 2014 Shop Installation Benchmarking Report designed to help distributors evaluate their shop performance and identify ways to boost productivity.
The data in this report can be used in establishing baseline installation times for company operations, enabling distributors to take stock of their current production levels and pinpoint potential areas of improvement.
The report is based on the results of the 2014 Shop Installation Survey, a study reflecting the truck body and equipment installation experiences of participating NTEA Distributor members. It offers perspective on:
