Southern Connecticut Freightliner announced today that it has achieved Elite Support certification from Daimler Trucks North America.
Elite Support utilizes continuous improvement methodology to drive operational excellence according to Diane Linderman, continuous improvement coordinator for the company. DTNA measures a dealer in 134 different operational areas, and the dealer must achieve a 100% score to be awarded Elite Support status. SCF is only the second dealer in New England to achieve such status to date.
