Wheelabrator Plus, a newly formed division of the Wheelabrator Group, helps customers manage equipment operations by providing a range of Equipment Modernization Programs (EMP) and support services. These include on-site training, maintenance and service programs, and replacement parts for wheel blast and air blasting applications.
EMPs help customers extend the lifecycle of their wheelblast equipment through the retrofitting of existing equipment with improved components. Consisting of field modifications to current machines, standard and custom EMP packages offer a way to increase productivity and operating efficiency, extend service life, and maximize equipment flexibility including adapting to a changing work mix. A dedicated team of engineers can assess any brand of surface preparation equipment, including non-Wheelabrator Group machinery, and provide a report detailing modernization recommendations.
Wheelabrator Plus works with customers on service, maintenance, and training to create service and maintenance schedules to suit their requirements. Additionally, regionally located service staff are available to consult with customers to ensure that equipment continues to work in the most productive manner.
With Wheelabrator Group providing surface preparation technologies, Wheelabrator Plus supplies original OEM replacement parts for all of its own surface preparation equipment no matter where it was manufactured. Additionally, Wheelabrator Group offers replacement parts for selected non-Wheelabrator Group technologies.
