Tremcar Technologies has acquired Hutchinson Industries Canada Inc. Hutchinson, located in Toronto, was founded in 1918 by W.J. Hutchinson Sr. and specializes in truck tank manufacturing for the petroleum industry and other bi-products such as anti-freeze.
