Robert “Bob” Wilson, formerly executive vice-president and chief financial officer of Supreme Corp, has been named by its board of directors as president and chief operating officer. The board also elected Omer Kropf, previously president, as vice-chairman and managing director of special projects, while Jeff Mowery, formerly controller, was named vice-president and chief financial officer.

Michael von Mayenburg, the company's chief engineering officer for Freightliner LLC since 1990, will retire this summer. He will be succeeded by Elmar Boeckenhoff, who will become senior vice-president of engineering and technology and a member of the company's Executive Committee. Freightliner also named Jack Conlan senior vice-president of customer support, effective immediately. He had been serving as president of the company's Freightliner Custom Chassis Corp business unit since 1998. Freightliner has appointed Mark Moseley manager of the company's St Thomas, Ontario, truck manufacturing plant. A 28-year Freightliner employee, he previously served as manager of its Mount Holly NC truck manufacturing plant.

Gero Schulze Isfort has joined Bernard Krone Holding GmbH & Co KG in the newly created position of sales and marketing director. He also will be responsible, within Fahrzeugwerk Bernard Krone GmbH, for the sales activities of the Commercial Trailer Division. He previously served as director of an international group subsidiary.

International Truck and Engine Corp has announced that Ed Hartung will become plant manager of the IC Corp bus manufacturing plant in Conway AR. He has been plant manager at the Tulsa plant since November 2003.

Wabash National Corp has appointed Joe Zachman vice-president — manufacturing, responsible for manufacturing operations in Lafayette IN and Wabash Wood Products in Harrison AR. He most recently served as vice-president and general manager of TTM Technologies in Chippewa Falls WI. Wabash has named Bruce Ewald vice-president and general manager of Wabash National Trailer Centers, the company's network of factory-owned branches. Most recently, he was assistant general manager — sales and marketing for Peterbilt Motors.

Thomas P Dunn has been assigned to Autocar Truck's Northeast Region as regional sales manager, and he will be in charge of dealer compliance in North America. Dunn was most recently truck sales manager for a GMC dealership. Ken Hermann will take over as sales manager for the Great Lakes region. He has more than 20 years of heavy truck and equipment sales experience. Delton Garnett is now Autocar's regional sales manager for Texas. Most recently he was vice-president of sales for G & H Mfg Ltd.
