Great Dane Trailers has reorganized its management structure. Jim Pines, executive vice-president, sales and operations, will continue to oversee all sales activities as well as manufacturing operations. Rick Mullininx, a 28-year Great Dane veteran, has been promoted to executive vice-president, engineering. Dean Engelage joins the company as executive vice-president, strategic planning and administration, after spending more than 15 years with parent company CC Industries. Jim Petrarca, chief financial officer, will continue to oversee all of Great Dane's finance and accounting activities. All four men will report directly to Bill Crown, president and chief executive officer. These appointees, together with Crown and Sam Gupta, senior vice-president, manufacturing, will comprise an Executive Committee responsible to the board for all operations and planning at Great Dane. Dave Durand has been promoted to vice-president, aftermarket parts from his role as aftermarket parts director. He will continue to oversee the PDC and parts activities associated with Great Dane's branch operations.

VT Hackney Inc, a unit of VT Systems Inc, has named Tracey Maynor to chief operating officer. He joined VT Hackney in 2007 as senior vice-president, sales and operations.
