A low-maintenance trailer suspension from Dana Spicer is designed for platform and trailer markets.

The RF Series air ride suspension incorporates many of the technologies from the Spicer AdVANtage suspension, including the trailer arm design, large axle surface area, and Low Maintenance System package designed to eliminate wheel seal failures and bearing adjustment.

The suspension is offered with GAW ratings of 20,000, 23,000, 25,000, and 30,000 pounds. A new 5¾" axle with thinner wall saves 30 pounds per trailer.

The company also introduced its Unitized Hub System (UHS) designed to reduce the likelihood of seal leaks or lub replacement for one million miles. The UHS family is available for steer, drive, and trailer axles. (www.roadranger.com)
