Kim Korth named permanent president and CEO at Supreme

Supreme Industries, Inc (NYSE Amex: STS), announced that Ms. Kim Korth has been appointed by Supreme's Board of Directors to the permanent position of president and chief executive officer.

Korth, 56, has served as the interim president and CEO of the company since February 1.

"During her term with Supreme as interim president and CEO, Ms. Korth has shown strong and effective leadership as demonstrated by significantly strengthening the executive team, taking an aggressive approach in reducing costs and successfully completing a $45 million financing with Wells Fargo Capital Finance, LLC,” said Herbert Gardner, chairman of the board of Supreme.

Supreme has provided Korth with an employment agreement through December 31, 2014.

Previously, Korth served as president, and is the owner, of IRN, Inc., a consulting firm in the vehicle and transportation industry. She earned a B.A. from Western Michigan University in 1977 and an M.I.M. from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in 1980.
