Heil Environmental Industries Ltd has made it easier to buy replacement parts for its refuse collection vehicles. Customers can now order Heil certified OEM parts online at www.heil.com by going to the web site and clicking on the parts ordering link. These parts are available only from Heil and its distributors.
Orders placed online will be filled by the customer's local distributor or directly by Heil where distribution is not available. Online ordering is available 24 hours a day, every day.
To use all the features of Heil's online parts ordering system, customers must request a user ID from their distributors or directly from Heil. The first 100 customers to request an ID will receive a free Heil coffee mug. When logging into the site with a valid user ID, customers can browse the Certified OEM Parts catalog; search for specific parts; check up-to-date pricing and availability; and place orders. Without a user ID, quotes can be requested.
