FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced the addition of the 50th FleetCare Truck Service Center affiliate.

FleetPride, Inc., the nation's largest independent aftermarket distributor of heavy-duty truck parts, today announced the addition of the 50th FleetCare Truck Service Center affiliate.

FleetPride's Chairman, President and CEO, Gordon Ulsh, said, "This milestone for FleetCare demonstrates the value and strength of this program for the independent service provider. We anticipated rapid success with FleetCare, and by establishing our 50th affiliate, we've proven the need for a strong, well supported service affiliation program in the marketplace."

Chris Romeis, Director of New Business Development for FleetPride said, "We have exceeded our first quarter goal, however, it isn't purely about numbers. It is about attracting and supporting the best service providers in the independent aftermarket; shops that are at least 70% heavy duty, have an outstanding reputation for performing quality repairs and customer service, employ and are dedicated to the principles of continuous improvement and employee training, and finally, have the vision and commitment to improve the overall state of our industry.

"This is not an automotive shop program. You won't find a FleetCare on every corner. We're being very selective about the shops we recruit, and we won't place FleetCare Truck Service Center affiliates in competition with each other."
