Federal Court Enjoins Bulkhead Sales

A federal district court in Wisconsin has ruled that Thermo King and Allied Plastics Inc are in violation of patent rights held by Donovan Enterprises for plastic air return bulkheads. The court order prohibits Thermo King and Allied Plastics from making, using, selling, or offering to sell the product that has been marketed by Thermo King as its Flex Air bulkhead. Donovan Enterprises became owner to the patent rights with an acquisition from the inventor, Greg Onken.
