Robert Micchelli has been named vice-president — finance and information technology for The Boler Co, owner of Hendrickson's operations. Keith Stephenson has been named Boler's chief development officer. Remaining in their positions with Boler are Jim Colley, vice-president and treasurer, and Nancy Coons, vice-president — administration. At Hendrickson, Joe Ross remains president with responsibility for the North American business, while Stephenson has been named president of Hendrickson's international business.
Steve Hazard has joined TODCO as a district sales representative for Arkansas, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Nebraska, and Oklahoma. He previously was a parts salesman for Lufkin Trailers in its Springdale AZ sales office.
The Holland Group Inc has announced that Mike Sassanella has joined Holland USA as a trailer OEM account manager. He most recently was a vice-president with Global Metal Products. Holland USA has added Derek Gracy as a service manager based at the Wylie TX facility, supporting the firm's Southwest service area. Most recently, he was employed as a district sales representative with TODCO.
Steve Peach has been hired to oversee the development of the new hose division at Clean Seal. He previously worked in sales at Acme Radiator and & Air Conditioning and was a vice-president at Bomar Products. Jeremy Klotz has been named Clean Seal's director of operations/ISO coordinator. He was previously new products manager, quality assurance manager, production supervisor, and production operator. Apryl Turczynski has been promoted to purchasing manager after holding positions including production leader and quality assurance manager. Clean Seal has promoted Natashia Klipich to operations manager. She has served as quality assurance assistant, quality assistance manager, and production manager.
ESAB Welding & Cutting Products has named Grahame Savage area business manager of global aluminum for the ESAB Group. He most recently served as vice-president of sales and marketing. Thom Burns has been named to the newly created position of national sales manager for AlcoTec Wire Corp, an ESAB subsidiary. He previously was AlcoTec's technical services and strategic sales manager. ESAB has promoted Tim Chubbs to region sales manager of the Southeast Region. He most recently served as a territory sales manager (TSM) in the Southeast Region. Marty Walter has been promoted to Midwest Region sales manager after most recently serving as a TSM in the Midwest Region. John Brickley has been named regional sales manager for the western region of the United States. Brickley, who joined ESAB in 1999, previously held the position of territory sales manager.
