DANA CORP'S Commercial Vehicle Systems group has named Mike Schwanzl global director of business development — trailer products. His most recent position was plant manager of Dana's Smyrna TN operation.
C Randy Porter has joined TODCO as a district sales representative responsible for servicing new and existing accounts in Ohio and parts of Pennsylvania, West Virginia, Michigan, and Kentucky. He previously was senior director of sales at Kidron Inc in Kidron OH.
ARVINMERITOR Inc has named Joe Mejaly vice-president and general manager of its Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket business, part of the company's Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) business group. He previously was director of customer support for CVS sales and marketing in Troy MI.

KEMLITE CO INC has added Chris Holland to its metal building and industrial sales team. Holland, who will be responsible for the Northeast and Great Lakes areas, comes to Kemlite after serving as as district sales manager for Resolite. Kemlite has named Jim Korkus national sales manager, replacing Terry Westerman, who was promoted to director of sales in summer 2004. Korkus, has been with Kemlite for 20 years, will direct the North American field sales force.
