The Holland Group Inc has appointed Bruce Seay national fleet accounts manager. He previously held various positions at Holland from 1987 to 2000, including national fleet accounts manager, Before returning to Holland, he worked as a national account manager for a major suspension manufacturer.

Thermo King Corp has named Craig Fisher director of marketing. He will continue his duties as director of dealer development until a successor is chosen.

Terrence J Keating, Accuride Corp's chief executive officer and member of the board of directors has been named chairman of the board and will continue as the company's CEO. Keating succeeds James H Greene Jr as chairman. Greene will remain on the board as lead independent director. John R Murphy, president and chief financial officer, will become chief operating officer and continue as president. David K Armstrong, senior vice-president/finance and general counsel, has been named senior vice-president/CFO and will continue as general counsel. Stephen A Martin has been named vice-president/corporate counsel. He previously served as associate general counsel.

Cummins Inc has named Ray J Amlung vice-president and general manager-fuel systems, effective immediately. He had been executive director and general manager-fuel systems since May 2005.

Bruce Barren has been promoted to executive vice-president and chief operating officer for Ramsey Industries. He has been president of Auto Crane since May 2000. Don Helms has been promoted to chief financial officer for Ramsey. Helms has been the company's director of accounting and information systems since March 2001. Rick Springer has been promoted to vice-president of engineering for the engineering departments of both Auto Crane and Ramsey. He has been engineering manager for Auto Crane since July 2004.

Bustin Industrial Products has promoted Tad Timmons to vice-president of operations in charge of both the Pennsylvania and Texas facilities. He has been the Texas facility's general manager for the past year and previously served 16 years in management for Saint Gobain Abrasives.

Bob McTernan has been named vice-president of Boydstun Metal Works. A 32-year trucking industry veteran, he most recently held several management positions at Freightliner LLC, including director of Unimog North America.
