Roll-Rite, LLC has been acquired by Capital Partners, a private investment firm located in Greenwich, CT. Argosy Capital will be a minor partner in the company, according to Brad Templeman, CEO of Roll-Rite.
Capital Partners was formed in 1982. Since then, they have invested in more than sixty companies. Its principals have backgrounds in both industry and private equity. Capital Partners purchased Roll-Rite from Copeley Capital out of Charlotte, NC. Cleary Gull Inc. acted as exclusive financial advisor to Roll-Rite in this transaction. Purchase price was not disclosed.
